Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection Pricing

Your home inspection will take time, 2-4 hours on average. You can find some inspectors that might be quicker but this is YOUR home and I'll take whatever time is necessary to do a thorough job and explain what I've found.

The reasonable fees we charge are based on square footage. There may be additional charges for older homes or distressed properties such as foreclosures. Home inspections aren't cheap! Yes, you can find someone for less money but a home is one of the largest purchases you'll ever make. A quality home inspection by Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection on average will be less than 0.5% of the price of your home.
